Out of Hours: Coaching

Out of Hours exists to encourage more people to follow their curiosity and create things that should exist in the world, before they run out of hours. When you’re creating new habits and trying something new, it is helpful to have someone alongside you; championing you, asking the right questions and helping you assess the core beliefs that keep you from doing the work you want to do in this world.

I offer 1-1 coaching to a very select group of clients to help them move to a work life that feels satisfying to them - allowing them to be their full selves, creative selves and tap into their full potential.

WHO IS IT FOR?

1) People with specific ideas: You have an idea that lurks in the back of your mind. It isn’t necessarily a business idea, but a project you want to bring into this world that could grow into a business. It might be something you keep saying you’d like to do “one day” (but feel a deep sense you want to start it ASAP), or it might be something you’d love to do now but you don’t feel brave enough to start.

2) People who want to do more in their lives: You feel you could be doing something more creative with your time, could be helping other people more, could be doing something that is more aligned with your values and allows you to express yourself fully. You don’t necessarily want to start a project or business, and you haven’t stumbled on *that thing* yet, but you have a gnawing sense that there is something more for you out there and want help experimenting and discovering.

ABOUT ME

I’m Georgia Ritter, and I’ve always been driven to understand what makes someone unique and how they can fulfil their potential. I have a first class degree in Politics, Psychology and Sociology from Cambridge University and started my career in the largest advertising agency in the UK. I have had a long career in tech - working at multiple startups including Deliveroo, to working with venture capital firms including the one where I work now - working in marketing and directly with entrepreneurs.

I launched Out of Hours in 2019 and have since ran multiple sold-out side project courses, done public speaking for companies like D&AD, General Assembly and Leeds Art University and launched the Out of Hours podcast, featured in Esquire Magazine’s best podcasts and GQ Magazine. I also have a 200 hr yoga teacher certification and 100 hr meditation certification, studying in India, and believe in holistic coaching that looks at breath, body and mind.

ABOUT coaching

In coaching, I believe in the power of questions and holding space. It is rare we can speak without interruption for 50 minutes at a time, fortnightly, and the power of questions allow us to interrupt unchecked narratives that have been holding us back. I believe the person being coached is whole, creative and resourceful - they don’t need advice, they need to discover what they already know is true and they need to interrupt patterns that have been holding them back.

THE PROCESS

The process will be a 20 minute intro call, to hear a bit more about what you’re looking for from coaching and to see whether I can help, or if I know someone else who might be a better fit.

I plan to take on an extremely limited number of clients. Sessions run biweekly, and can be tailored around your own schedule. I offer either rolling sessions or 6 session packs, and while I am finishing my training I have an intro offer for the first few clients of just £50 a session (this will go up substantially later in the year). The 50 minute sessions will begin in Summer and take place fortnightly - in the evening after work or weekends.
